How quickly is my booking confirmed?

We check every bKash payment against its Transaction ID by hand, usually within a few hours. As soon as it is verified, you get a confirmation by email, or on WhatsApp if you did not give an email address. Your slot is held for you from the moment you book.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, once and free of charge, if you message us on WhatsApp at +880 1750-859967 with your booking reference at least 12 hours before your slot.

What if I miss the session or cancel late?

Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled less than 12 hours before the start, are not refundable. If we ever have to cancel, you choose between a new time or a full refund.

What if my payment cannot be verified?

If we cannot match your Transaction ID to a payment of the right amount, we release the slot and let you know. If you did pay, send us a screenshot of the bKash transaction on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.

What should I prepare?

The product and quantities you are considering, any supplier quotes or proforma invoices, and your questions. If you know the HS code, bring that too. The more specific you are, the more useful the hour will be.

Is this different from a free quote?

Yes. Shipping quotes are still free: request one here. A consultation is a dedicated hour of advice on your own situation, covering suppliers, costs, shipping and customs, whether or not you ship with us.
