Yes. We have supplier networks in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu, Shanghai, and other major manufacturing hubs. We'll coordinate pickup from your supplier's location.
Yes. Optional cargo insurance is available for 1–2% of shipment value. Covers loss or damage during transit and handling.
Bank transfer (The City Bank, Dhaka), bKash, Nagad, or check. We use a 70/30 payment structure: 70% advance, 30% upon delivery.

Service Questions
Sea Freight: 20–30 days, most economical for large volumes. Air Freight: 5–7 days, best for urgent shipments or high-value items. Sea freight costs 60–70% less but takes longer.
Every shipment goes through 12 stages from order confirmation to delivery. You can track anytime using your tracking number on our website. You'll also receive WhatsApp updates at each stage.
Delays happen due to customs, weather, or port congestion. We notify you immediately and provide updated ETAs. You can contact us anytime for status updates.
Yes. Use your tracking number on our website to see current stage, photos, estimated delivery date, and contact details of the handler.
Cannot ship: Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items, weapons, counterfeit goods. Can ship: Industrial machinery, electronics, textiles, tools, household items, food (non-perishable). Contact us if unsure.
Yes. If you're importing from multiple suppliers, we consolidate them into one shipment. This saves 30–40% on freight and simplifies customs clearance.

Customs & Pricing
You do (the importer). We handle all documentation and calculations. Duties/taxes are based on declared value and product category, typically 20–50% of goods value depending on item type.
Bangladesh applies import duties (5–50%) + VAT (15%) on CIF value (Cost, Insurance, Freight). Industrial machinery often has lower rates (5–10%) than consumer goods. We estimate duties before shipment.
We always estimate duties before shipment. Occasionally actual duties differ due to HS code reassessment by customs. We'll notify you immediately and discuss payment options.
No. Every quote includes: freight, customs broker fee, documentation, final delivery, and estimated duties. There are no surprise charges.
Yes. Volume discounts of 5–15% available for businesses shipping 5+ containers per year. Contact us to discuss regular shipping agreements.
With cargo insurance, we cover loss/damage up to declared value. File a claim with photos. Without insurance, you must negotiate with the shipping line. We handle all documentation.
